Hi, I’m Harji Sidhu — a passionate civil engineer turned Realtor® and entrepreneur based in the vibrant Kitchener-Waterloo area. With a strong foundation in engineering and project management, I bring a unique perspective and meticulous attention to detail to the real estate and house building. My journey began like most international students doing odd labour jobs. Yes, like most international students, I have also done trade work such as landscaping, roofing, fencing, drywalling, insulation, and tile installation. I saw it as an opportunity to learn the basics of all the trades, as these are not typically taught in Engineering or Management. From these humble beginnings, I eventually contributed to helping my last company grow to over $6 million in revenue in less than four years, demonstrating my ability to combine hands-on experience with strategic growth initiatives.

These experiences deepened my passion for not just constructing buildings but also creating spaces where families thrive and memories are made. Today, I channel that same dedication into helping individuals and families turn their dreams into reality, whether it’s finding the perfect home or creating one from the ground up.

I have over 8 years of construction experience in Canada, contributing to the creation of custom homes and low-rise/mid-rise buildings, and a combined 10 years of diverse roles, including supply chain management and lecturing at a polytechnic college. These experiences enable me to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner, ensuring my clients feel confident and informed every step of the way.
